These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ababet platform, including the website at ababet.pro, all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, bonuses, and promotional offers made available by ababet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any game offered through ababet, you ("the User", "you", "your") agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ababet. To register an account with ababet and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ababet or any of its affiliates.
5. You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the ababet Platform.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.

ababet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ababet currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on ababet is ৳300. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however ababet may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the account level as part of its responsible gaming framework. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ababet does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your ababet account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ababet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to your ababet account, and which is registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ababet processes withdrawal requests received during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) on the same calendar day. Requests received outside of standard processing hours will be processed on the next available business day.

ababet reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals, unusually large withdrawal amounts, or where the account has not previously been fully verified. Such checks may require submission of identity documents and will be conducted promptly.

3.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. ababet may apply an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month to inactive accounts after this period. ababet will notify the registered contact email address before applying any inactivity fees.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New ababet accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold specified in the active welcome bonus offer at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is credited to the account balance as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by ababet are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real-money funds, as stated) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

ababet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, and systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, ababet reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn.

4.4 Promotional Offers

Ongoing promotions — including reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and tournament prizes — are subject to their own individual terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by the specific promotion terms. ababet may withdraw, modify, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

ababet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users of the Platform. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and result in the immediate restriction of access to all gambling services on the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the ababet Platform without prior written consent from ababet. Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to ababet for display on the Platform.

ababet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ababet excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ababet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

In the event of a technical fault or error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or bonus credits being displayed, ababet reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. ababet will communicate such actions to affected users promptly.

9.1 Amendments to These Terms

ababet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ababet will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

9.2 Account Closure by User

Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Closing your account does not affect any legal rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms.

9.3 Account Termination by ababet

ababet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ababet has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users. In cases of termination for cause, ababet may withhold any balance pending investigation.
